this is hard and also fairly rated as a 17; as smallwaves mentioned, the crossover triplets take a real toll on you, specifically your core (abs, groin, etc) and the chart never really lets up, with some strange crossovers; thankfully drills are shorter

They barely got this rating right the first time unlike the ESP. Crossover triplet bursts at 440 BPM feels pretty awful.
