On Non-Ran, everything "sticks" to the right in a very odd and tiresome way (for your right hand). This chart takes mashing to a whole new level, and I'm not really sure what kind of "strategy" one could even advise for it.

I think the 5+6+7 chords at the start of the song are the hardest part. I always gain life after that, then maybe clear it, maybe fail at the end. Kinda depends how tired I am and what those chords randomed into. (Non-ran looks like a random!)
