Non ran makes the overall song easier, but ending is shitty unless you can anmitsu. The break and after allows for lots of recovery. You can get a slap pattern which trivializes the ending.

I don't quite understand why you would random this, the fast chord scales are easier on nonran, at least to me. Easy life recuperation due to giant chords in the middle, then jitter your fingers a lot for the chord scales and you should be fine.

The chords at the end have failed me more often than not. If the goal were to end with 70% bar then this would be a 12.4. And you can't just as easily hard clear the ending because the rest of the song has those cool scratch patterns.
