A lot of scale stuff where sometimes the scales are chord scales, but overall the way everything is broken up and not constant gives you a lot more room than you would think. If you can do other 12s, you can get the hang of this after a few runs.

Dense chart especially when breaking into the 12s. Keep your health up through the tough part in the middle, don't rely on the gain in the end because there are some tricky chords and scratches in there.
