Technically it is tough, but not the worst 15 in that regard. This is definitely a stamina drainer due to the length of the song and the constant stream of drills and jumps. (tldr, it's a 16)

Lots of jumps and trills, and here, we got some leg-splitting jump steps. Ouch. The two things saving this is that most of the difficulty is based on SP skill, and the ending isn't as long as ESP. You won't feel it, though.
