It's probably possible to actually do the turns in the second 300bpm section, but bracketing it is far easier for the pass... not that this is easy to pass.

The 600BPM ending is ridiculous. It's also a really technical chart throughout, so there's something there for everyone to trip up on. Using Sudden+ helps with the first half of the chart, but If you can't read at 600BPM, you don't stand a chance.

Easy up until after the slowdown. The last 300BPM section should be doable for most if you start on the wrong foot, but the candles in the 600BPM section are nonsense.

Not a very tiring 18, but the difficulty lies primarily in the 600 BPM ending. 300 BPM at this level should not be that hard to handle for most people.
Definitely not the hardest 18 to PFC. As of this post Dead End is the only 18 to not be PFC'd.
