This cannot be a 12 and some so call 13 is way easier than this one. Jumps and streams will take toll at the end. But for the beginning a speed mod will make it easier to read.

First half is like a 9 in terms of passing while the last half is a solid 13, if the entire chart was as dense as the ending while retaining its jumpiness this'd almost definitely be a 14 but as it is a borderline 13 passer should be fine.

I don't see why this isn't a 13. Heavy on the jumps with some bursts of 16ths, and since you couldn't float your speed mod when this was rerated in X, you're always going to be reading the slow part with a lower mod than you want.
